Divide your cardboard roll into four, each section measuring 1.25?. Cut up your cardboard roll using your craft knife. Once you are done, cut a slit on the side as well.
Use a pair of scissors to cut a section off of the roll. Cut a section of birch paper, cutting the top and bottom wire portions as well. Check how wide you need the birch paper and cut the excess off, but leave about 2 cm on each side so we can fold it inside the roll.
Adhere the birch paper using Mod Podge. Afterwards, cut notches on the top and bottom excess paper and fold inside the roll to give the ring a clean edge. To finish the ring itself, cut off another section of birch paper and cover the inside. Once adhered, coat the whole thing with Mod Podge to protect the paper.
Now it’s time to embellish go with paper flowers. Then to make the centers of flowers glittery squeeze a dollop of paper glaze inside the paper flowers and sprinkle glitter in.
Assemble the paper flower DIY napkin rings! Using hot glue, adhere your leaves and flowers onto the finished napkin ring and leave to dry. That’s you are done!
