First, take the scrapbook paper and cut the hourglass shape piece, one tab, and two ribbon tails from it. Now dab some glue on the reverse side of the center and end of your hourglass shape.
Bring the ends to the center, overlapping slightly to create your bow shape. Then secure it with a paper clip while your glue dries.
Put a dab of glue on the front side of one of your ribbon tails. Overlap them slightly and set aside to dry.
Remove the paper clip from your bow and center it over the tab with overlapped piece facing up. Add a dab of glue to your tab and wrap around the center of the bow.
Place glue on front of ribbon tails and position it behind your bow. Secure the entire thing with a paper clip and set aside to dry. Once your bow has set, remove the paper clip. Repeat these steps for as many bows as you need.
