Flatten your straw with scissors or ruler. Bend the straw right at the middle.
Fold up one leg of the straw overlapping the other leg. Now switching to the other leg, fold it up again overlapping the first leg.
Continue the fold to form petals. With a piece of straw, you would get a 2 – 3 layers of 6 petals flower.
If you want to add a bead or beads at the center of the petals, pierce the center with a needle. Hook your bead or faux pearl on top of it with thread.
Cut short one of the two legs so it is hidden behind the petals. Insert the other leg to another straw to make a stem. Make a bunch and arrange them in a cup, vase or make a bouquet!
