First cut out all the pieces using brown fleece for the body, ears, arms and legs. Cut the muzzle piece from tan fleece. Cut the nose and eyes from black or dark grey felt.
Pin the muzzle near the top of the front body piece and sew around the edge. Stitch the nose and eyes with three strands of black embroidery floss, Embroider the mouth with six strands of black embroidery floss and back stitch.
With wrong sides facing, match up the ear, arm, and leg pieces and sew around the sides and curved ends and leave the straight ends open. Fill each piece with some stuffing.
Lay the back body piece out with the wrong side up. Pin the ears, arms, and legs in position as shown. Pin the front of the bear in place so the edges match up with the back. Sew around the edge with a 1/4-inch seam allowance and leave an opening between one arm and leg. Fill the bear with stuffing.
Pin the opening closed and sew the opening closed, following the same 1/4-inch seam allowance as before. This soft and sweet teddy bear is all ready for some snuggles!
