Wrap your stretch cord around your wrist. Add an additional 6 inches of cord to the end. The additional cord will allow you to tie the end around your wrist to finish off your bracelet. Once you get the proper length of cord, begin stringing your beads. Continue stringing your beads until you have enough to cover your wrist.
Grab your embroidery floss and cut it in half in the center. Keep one half of the floss and pull out one string. Set your string aside to use it later.
Remove the paper covering and unfold your floss. Grab your jump ring and open it using your pliers. Slide all of your floss through your jump ring until you get to the center of your floss. Once in the center, use your pliers to close your jump ring.
Grab the string you set aside earlier and wrap it around the top of your tassel. Wrap it three or four times. Leave enough string so you can tie a knot. After you tie a knot around the top of your tassel, trim the excess strings.
Slide your cord through the top of your tassel. Then, take the ends of your bracelet and tie a double knot to secure it. Trim your excess cord. To finish bracelet, trim down tassel.
