A start-up, Clone Deals incubated at Atal Incubation Center – Center of Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), launched a mushroom-based food supplement ‘CoronAid’ that promises to boost the immunity against Covid-19 disease. 2. Clone Deals is also conducting clinical trials of a drug that is derived from the mushroom Cordyceps militaris. 3. The food-supplement, CoronAid is made out of mushroom Cordyceps militaris, which grows in Himalayan region and is known for its anti-viral, anti-aging, anti-tumour, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory properties. 4. The CoronAid, which will be available in the form of a liquid, will be exclusively marketed by Nuzen Herbals.
